Charlottetown

It was in Charlottetown, PEI, 150 years ago, that Canada officially became a nation.

From red-brick historic buildings to pastel waterfront houses, art galleries to gourmet restaurants ,The provincial capital Charlottetown still has the friendly feel of a small town, but still a vibrant, developing city.

Things seem to slow down here, , there’s still  plenty of creativity, great food and history to enjoy and the town makes a central base to explore the rest of the island.

Victorian-era streets ,postcard-perfect harbour ,picturesque lighthouse,Fresh seafood, live music , seaside shops and friendly folks are among the charms of Charlottetown,
